Service description. Investoria provides AI-generated real estate investment memos for informational purposes only. Outputs do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You must conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making any investment decision.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain (including LSSI-CE where applicable). The service is provided by Stackedge (CIF: ESY5818456E), with registered address at Barcelona, 08026, Spain.

Jurisdiction. The courts of Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.

Payments. Subscriptions and payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes, including EU VAT, may apply as shown at checkout.

Financial disclaimer. Nothing in any memo, email, or on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation, or personalised recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

Withdrawal waiver. By subscribing and requesting immediate access to memo generation and delivery, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), in particular in relation to digital content supplied without material medium once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited in accordance with mandatory national law; nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes. We may update these Terms; where legally required, we will notify you of material changes.
