Hosting and processors. The website and application are hosted on infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc. (United States / global network). We use subprocessors (including AI and email providers) strictly as needed to deliver the service, under appropriate data processing terms. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on GDPR-compliant mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Data we process. Email address, property and deal information you submit, service communications, limited technical logs (e.g. IP, device/browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability, and subscription/billing data processed by Stripe as payment processor.

Purposes and legal bases. Providing AI-generated investment memos and related support (performance of contract; legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the service). We do not use your property data to train public models unless separately disclosed and, where required, consented.

Retention. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, then delete or anonymise it.

Your GDPR rights. If you are in the EEA/UK (and where applicable elsewhere), you may have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact hello@stackedge.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) — www.aepd.es.

EU VAT. For consumers in the EU, electronically supplied services may be subject to VAT in your country of residence in line with applicable rules. The price shown at checkout includes VAT where we are required to collect it. Business customers with a valid VAT identification number may be eligible for reverse-charge treatment where applicable.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies required for core functionality, authentication where applicable, and fraud prevention.
